Rules of the 'Smotrych' shelter

CHECK-IN - CHECK-OUT

• Check-in from 14:00 to 22:00. Check-out by 11:00.
• Early check-in (you can leave your belongings at the hostel).
• Late check-out (vacate the room by 11:00 and use the hostel services for an additional 25% fee).

SHOES

• Entrance in changeable footwear only (slippers are provided if necessary).
• Keep the passageway free of footwear.
• Store walking sticks, skis, and snowshoes in the designated area.
• Walking on the wooden floor of the terrace in snowshoes or crampons is prohibited; please put on your shoes outside the terrace.
• Washing shoes and other dirty items in the bathrooms is prohibited; there are specially equipped areas for this purpose.

• The following rule applies to the entire territory. Lights out at 23:00. Plan your day so that at 23:00 you can turn off the lights and go to bed without disturbing other guests.
• If you wake up before 7:00, please be quiet.

• The hostel and campsite have different kitchens; please use the kitchen where you are staying.
• It is forbidden to bring food and drinks into the rooms.
• Feeding dogs and cats is prohibited!!! Taking them with you to the mountains is also prohibited.
• After cooking and eating, wash your dishes.
• Sit in the dining room so that all guests can be seated.

• The surface of the fireplace must be kept clear.
• It is forbidden to heat water or food on the cast-iron fireplace; a gas stove is provided for this purpose.
• Only the administrator is allowed to add wood to the fireplace.
• Smoking (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes) is only allowed outside or on the terrace.
• Burners may only be used on the terrace.
• Bonfires are only permitted in designated areas on the premises. Do not leave bonfires unattended; if you no longer need the bonfire, extinguish it!

• Please conserve water and electricity. The house is self-sufficient, without centralised utilities.
• Hot showers in the shelter are available from 13:00 to 23:00.
• Please use only organic cleaning products.
• It is forbidden to pick flowers or break trees on the territory of the shelter.
• It is forbidden to use electrical appliances such as hair dryers, curling irons, kettles, coffee makers, etc.

• Please speak Ukrainian, or at least try to. We do not understand or speak the language of the enemy!!!
